RESOLUTION 61-08, 2004: The Nino M. Camardese, M.D., Scholarship Fund

WHEREAS: Nino M. Camardese, M.D., has been serving the cause of freedom in medicine for many years; and

WHEREAS: Nino M. Camardese, M.D., has been a long-time active member of AAPS; and

WHEREAS: Nino M. Camardese, M.D., has always stated that the future of freedom in medicine lies in educating our young doctors.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a scholarship fund should be established to honor Dr. Camardese’s many years of tirelessly promoting the cause of medical freedom, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT AAPS members and friends be encouraged to contribute to the Nino M. Camardese, M.D. Scholarship Fund of the AAPS Educational Foundation, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the interest and/or principal from this fund will be used to pay the expenses of a physician in training to attend our annual meeting.
