AAPS Applauds Resignation fo Dr. Keith Miller from
The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, a nationwide group of thousands of doctors founded in 1943, applauds today's resignation of Dr. Keith Miller from the Texas Medical Board:
"For too long Dr. Keith Miller has abused his power at the Texas Medical Board. He abused his power by serving the interests of the insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield rather than patients. His abusive tactics have been hidden behind secret Star Chamber board proceedings. No more. Legislative hearings this fall should get to the bottom of the harm caused by Dr. Miller and other board members. Dr. Miller and Governor Rick Perry owe an apology to thousands of patients and their doctors for Miller's behavior."
Many members of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and thousands of their patients, have been injured by the abuse of power by Dr. Keith Miller.
