“Justice for Judges” 30-hour Senate Debate Set for Nov. 12-14
The minority party in the Senate can obstruct a vote indefinitely, unless 60 votes can be found to stop a filibuster Nobody needs to hold the floor and read from the phone book.
Republicans are holding a 30-hour marathon debate about four Bush judicial nominees who could be confirmed if Senators were allowed to vote.
