The Association of American Physicians & Surgeons, Inc.(”AAPS) allows comments by the public on its site.  AAPS reserves the right to remove or revise postings it considers, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, indecent, unauthorized, illegal, inaccurate, an invasion of privacy, an advertisement, a violation of anyone’s rights, malicious or unrelated to the purpose of this site.  By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms of Use, which AAPS may modify from time to time.  Such modifications will be binding on you when published on our web site.
