Patient first is NOT insurer priority.
"Who pays the piper calls the tune"

Ergo: Doctors paid by insurers do not put the patient first.

Resist the seduction. I have accepted ony cash at the time of service and from the patient only, as would a restaurant,
for 2 years. Patients who left to go where insurer pays, about equal the number coming because dissatisfied with Kaiser, Medicaid or other dictated "care".
