Dear Representative,
We the undersigned organizations representing millions of Americans encourage you to co-sponsor H.R. 2629 `Coercion is Not Health Care Act’.
H.R. 2629 does not allow for any federal requirements for health insurance coverage as a condition to receive any benefit under Federal law.
It also does not allow for any individual or agency of the Federal Government to require any individual to purchase health insurance coverage.
Again, we urge you to co-sponsor this legislation in order to protect the Americans people’s ability to make their own health care decisions by ensuring the Federal Government shall not force any American to purchase health insurance.
Sincerely,

Thanks for protecting human rights from abuse by arrogant tyrants whose lust for power is their greatest motivation!

Thanks for taking this bold and necessary stand. We must continue to promote free-market reforms that will increase access while not trampling individual rights and growing government bureauacracy!
It is time for physician representation in Washington, D.C. that understands these principles. Please consider supporting me in my bid to unseat Dina Titus in Nevada’s 3rd District. Go to my website and contribute today – http://www.heck4nevada.com. Check us out on Facebook at Dr. Joe Heck.
This is encouraging. I encourage everyone on this site to also join the 10th Amendment movements in your states. (www.tenthamendmentcenter.com) Article 1, Section 8 of our U.S. Constitution lists only about 20 tasks for the federal government to do; the Tenth Amendment then specifically says that all other tasks fall “to the states or to the people.” That’s us…We the People. Health care is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution, including in the ‘general welfare clause’ which says ‘PROMOTE the general welfare’, not PROVIDE it. I am running for State Representative in the 21st District of Washington State, election November 2010, and our House Joint Memorial 4009 upholding the 10th Amendment is the first bill I will get behind. Please help me win; I’m half an hour north of Seattle. http://www.elizabeth4state.com We need health care reform, but not what Congress is pushing down our throats. Tort reform, shopping across state lines, choices on amounts and types of coverage, pooling small businesses to get larger discounts…Americans want more choices and lower costs, which true competition will bring!
Colonel Ed Bridges USAF (Ret.) is the conservative candidate for NV Congressional District 3.
While claiming to be conservative, while in the Nevada State Senate, Dr. Joe Heck voted with liberal Democrat Dina Titus over 90% of the time. And after having been a vocal critic of Obamacare, Dr. Joe Heck now claims he does not want to repeal it.
Ed Bridges will vote to repeal Obamacare and won’t vote like Dina Titus.
