I am in tandem with the author Michael F. Cannon argument.

Disheartening is hearing Ill-informed patients screaming for such a system. These are not the poor.

Infuriating is a lack of media presentations on the "ill effects" of such.
What is not seen are results of wait times for treatments according to the Frazier Institute on the citizens of Canada.

We here across the Detroit River from Windsor, Ontario provide fee for service for many desperate Canadian patients.

My father was a doctor until 1984, and he was against socialized medicine then and instilled in me his dislike! In fact I would write essays about it ,being totally against it, while in high school and college in the 50s and 60s.
