Cannon argument. Disheartening is hearing Ill-informed patients screaming for such a system. These are not the poor. Infuriating is a lack of media presentations on the "ill effects" of such. What is not seen are results of wait times for treatments according to the Frazier Institute on the citizens of Canada. We here across the Detroit River from Windsor, Ontario provide fee for service for many desperate Canadian patients. I am in tandem with the author Michael F. Cannon argument.
