Senator Warner, in responding to a constituent's inquiry about the "anti-fraud" provisions of the Kassebaum-Kennedy bill (H.R. 3103), attached a copy of an unsigned "rebuttal" to my May 30 article, which the Wall Street Journal entitled "Health Bill Would Shackle Doctors-Literally." The analysis was attributed to the Senate Special Committee on Aging. It accuses me of misrepresenting the legislation. Here is my response. The Committee's rebuttal is available by FAX or mail.
