Ground Transportation
Transportation Options from Hartsfield Intl. Airport (ATL) to the Crowne Plaza Ravinia Hotel.
Shuttle service available at the airport without reservations:
1) Atlanta Airport Superior Shuttle - $30/person one way, $55/person round trip. Mention AAPS to get this rate. Vans leave every 30 minutes.
2) There are other shuttle services. The above appears to be the best option.
Taxi service available at the airport. $40-60 per cab with small additional charge
per person.
Rapid Transit: Ticket to anywhere in the system is $3/person
MARTA is the local rapid transit system. There is a station in the airport
terminal that goes to a station that is ¾ mile from the hotel. Shuttle service
between the rail station and the hotel runs every 15 minutes between 7 AM
and 7 PM, but will come and pick guests on request after 7 PM.
Train selection is very important. Take the Red Line with North Springs destination, get off at the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs station and follow directions down to the lower level to get the shuttle. If it is after 7 PM use your cell phone to call the hotel for pickup.
