(5) All depositions, statements, affidavits taken or made by the Office of the United States Attorney in connection with Association of American Physicians and Surgeons vs. Clinton, Civil Action No.: 93-0399 (USDC Judge Royce Lamberth).

(6) All correspondence between the Office of the United States Attorney and the Office of the White House Counsel in 1995 and relating to Association of American Physicians and Surgeons vs. Clinton, Civil Action No.: 93-0399 (USDC Judge Royce Lamberth).

As per 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(6), kindly make a determination of the accessibility of these documents within twenty (20) business days and notify me as to the status of the request. If the above request is not in accordance with published rules stating the time, place, fees (if any), and procedures to be followed, please mail me a copy of said rules. Upon receipt of an invoice, I promise to pay the fees associated with this request. However, if the fees exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00), please notify me before proceeding further.
