Assistant State Attorney James Martz admitted yesterday that when his office
seized the medical records of top talk radio host Rush Limbaugh in November, it
was an extreme invasion of privacy. What is shocking is that
the admission was not made to apologize for his actions, but in court to DEFEND
his actions in the face of legal challenges, including briefs filed by AAPS and
the ACLU supporting Rush’s right to medical privacy. 2. Mr. Martz compared the
